Murcia City Council, through the Department of Sport, headed by Miguel Cascales, working one more year with the Club Deportivo Runtritón in the organization of the 10 km of Murcia city, ushering in the popular racing league in the Region of Murcia .
This activity, held for the first time you do, is another complement to the sports initiatives carried out since the city of Murcia, in order to promote sports in the municipality.
The tour will be on a street circuit, practically flat, making a total of 10 km fair, held on September 26, 2010 at 10:00 am, starting and finishing on the Avenida Pio Baroja, next to the flag Infante.
The registration fee is 10 euros, and are open from July 26, the next Wednesday, September 22, for which no entries will be accepted on the day of the test.
The withdrawal of numbers and chip may be made in Hall Infante on 24 September, from 10 to 13 h from 17 to 20 hours on 25 September 17 to 20 h on the day of the test up to an hour before the start of it.
The age categories for both men and women, are the following:
- Youth (17-18 years)
- Senior (19-34 years)
- Veteran A (35-39 years)
- Veteran B (40-49 years)
- Veteran C (50-59 year)
- Veteran D (60 and over)
Note that there will be aid stations at mile 5 and the finish line.
On the other hand, shall disqualify the participant for the following reasons: athlete's physical impairment, abandonment of the circuit, for not wearing a perfectly placed back in full (in the chest during the tour), to participate with the number of another broker, with a dorsal part not authorized by the organization by not attending to the directions of the organization or judges.
To collect the prizes and trophies will be required the presence of the athlete with supporting documentation (ID number or passport), losing the right to them failed to appear.
Furthermore, the test will be managed by CHIP informatively.
All riders must provide the completion of the test chip in the area for it.
In order to ensure the welfare of athletes, there will be medical field and two ambulances along the route to any incident that might occur.
