As of Monday may be requested permission to install seats in the Pilgrimage (20/08/2010)

Only authorizes the sale of soft drinks and packaged foods

Street vendors may apply for their licenses to install municipal posts in the Pilgrimage of Our Lady of the Fuensanta between Monday 23 August and 6 September.

For the pilgrimage, which takes place on September 14, music facilities are not permitted, except those scheduled by the Department of Festivities.

Neither is it permitted the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Only allowed the sale of soft drinks and bottled water, packaged nuts and candies, bottled honey and veterinary, fried pastries and coffee in vehicles must be approved by the Directorate General of Health of the Ministry of Health and packaged ice cream and health record, while ensuring permanent preservation at -23 º C and iced drinks are excluded, horchata and any bulk cream.

Regulating the sale of foods and beverages whose main objective is to guarantee the sanitary conditions of products, ensuring that there are no situations of lack of water or light difficult handling and refrigeration products, as well as situations there is no direct contact with sources of food contamination.

In addition, regulation and control of these stalls prevent food handlers have not trained to be accurate and not released to the market products whose origin is not fully accredited.
