Regulation of street stalls during the day of the pilgrimage (04/08/2010)

The City Council has approved the regulation of street stalls that are set to celebrate the traditional Procession of the Fuensanta.

Regulating the sale of foods and beverages whose main objective is to guarantee the sanitary conditions of products, ensuring that there are no situations of lack of water or light difficult handling and refrigeration products, as well as situations there is no direct contact with sources of food contamination.

In addition, regulation and control of these stalls prevent food handlers have not trained to be accurate and not released to the market products whose origin is not fully accredited.
