Partial plans approved seven parishes that permit the acquisition of 160,000 square meters of green areas (29/07/2010)

The Plenum of the City of Murcia has finally approved seven parishes partial plans that will allow the collection of 160,000 square meters of green areas and 90,000 square feet of general systems attached.

These partial plans will foster new home construction, gardens and facilities in villages.

In particular, new developments will take place in:

- New Javalí, with an area of 87,343 meters and 52,406 meters square of floor area square.

- Monteagudo, 201,900 meters square in size and 92,918 meters of buildable square.

- Los Martínez del Puerto, 192,058 meters square and 84,504 meters of buildable square.

- Cobatillas, 314,169 meters square in size and 69,117 meters of buildable square.

- Espinardo, with an area of 218,511 meters and 131,106 meters square buildable square.

- New Javalí, 197,957 meters square-square and 56,616 meters for VPO.

- Aljucer, 71,399 meters square and 47,123 meters of buildable square.

Llano de Brujas

Plenary also approved provisionally, with IU voting against, a specific amendment to the General Urban Plan affecting Bruges Llano Cemetery.

This project aims to change the classification of land where you installed the pumping station, next to the cemetery, which goes from green to equipment, swapping the area devoted to the garden to another area nearby.

The pumping station is needed to solve a problem of water collection, which has no gap and need mechanical pumping to provide service to residents.

This project has been approved unanimously by the Municipal Board of Llano de Brujas.

Furthermore, this work is to get rail service Aljada ditch.
