52 young Murcia depart to Britain to learn English with the municipal program breaks Language (29/07/2010)

A total of 52 young Murcia departed this morning and headed to Britain to learn English in the Linguistic Stays municipal program.

The Councillor for Education and Youth, María Dolores Sánchez, has come this morning to dismiss the students.

Specifically, 105 students have benefited from this initiative.

The first round of students completed the course of 8 to 28 July and the second is out this morning and again on 18 August.

This second group is composed of 28 boys and 24 girls, aged between 15 and 25.

Students develop their English courses in Bournemouth, a town on the south coast with 165,000 inhabitants, and will stay with families in full board.

Attending classes at The Europe School of Inglés (18 years) and The Bournemouth & Poole College (under 18).

Within the program of cultural visits are planned activities, sports practice and two trips to London and Bath.

Young people have left this morning at 8.30 am, the Palace of Sports, where they have fired their families and the Councillor for Education and Youth.

Students will have 3 monitors the presence of bilingual during their stay.

The price of these courses is 800 euros per person, the same as last year, and includes travel, accommodation, meals, teaching materials and English classes.

At the end of term, students receive a diploma certifying the level achieved in English.
