The Governing Board has initially approved a special plan for internal reform in the streets González Adalid (No. 2) and Sculptor Salzillo (No. 7), with the aim of the Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo (CAM) moved its headquarters Financial Street González champion (which was La Oca), and turn your Salzillo Street building into a cultural space open to all Murcia.
The Special Plan does support the current residential use of the cultural buildings for the building of the street Salzillo, and finance for the building of González Adalid.
At present the cultural and financial applications are mixed in the headquarters of the CAM, in the street housed.
The building of the CAM on the street is 2,050 meters square Salzillo for financial use, and 1,540 square feet for cultural use.
With this Special Plan is achieved that the entire surface of the building occupied by the CAM is intended for cultural use, while building the 1,800-square-González Adalid street used for financial use.
The Special Plan is necessary because although the building of the street González Adalid is not protected, it is found in an area like the street Tatters, which has a number of limitations that are ordered with this plan.
The Special Plan and the reform of road building projects González Adalid are Clavel Arquitectos Asociados.
