Visits to the website of Informajoven grow by 26% (26/07/2010)

The website Informajoven Youth Information Service of the Department of Education and Youth of the Municipality of Murcia, directed by María Dolores Sánchez, has recorded a 26% increase in visits during the first half of this year compared to the same period 2009.

According to the report query Google Analytics obtained by people who have visited the website of Informajoven have visited 12% more pages than last year.

In total, the municipal website recorded 1,330,028 page views, while during the first half of 2009, 1,190,669 visits were detected.

According to forecasts, the site could reach 2,800,000 page views recorded at the end of the year.

Most people who visit this page came from the municipality of Murcia (159,351 visits), Madrid (64,507 visits), Cartagena (14,204 visits), Valencia (13,495 visits) and Barcelona (12,527 visits).

The website is very well positioned Informajoven on the Internet and that 82% of people who access the web make it through search engines.

As the most visited areas, Education is the most visits received, with 301,085 accesses, although the visits have fallen by 6.83% over the same period in 2009.
