Councillor for Izquierda Unida + Greens in Murcia, Esther Herguedas, has filed a motion to the next plenary session in which he requests that the next budget be allocated a specific amount to subsidize the purchase of bicycles urban citizens of the municipality.

Herguedas has indicated that this initiative, implemented in the cities of Logroño, contributes to the promotion of sustainable development of the capital should be supplemented with other measures such as the creation of segregated roads, traffic restrictions for motor vehicles and improved road safety.

It has also explained that another of the proposals reflected in the motion is that the city develop the foundations of the call to access these grants.
