Detainee responsible for the attempted murder of a young Beniaján (23/07/2010)

Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia belonging to the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police have arrested and JAMB LJC, both sons of Spanish nationality, 18 and 19 years old, respectively, as responsible for the attempted murder weapon fire of a young man his age, held in the main street of the town of Beniaján the 15th of July.

The incident took place when, after a discussion between young people and a group of people of similar age, the cousins left the place, would return minutes later in possession of a firearm, which was used by LJC to shoot in the abdomen one of the young people, previously discussed.

After the shooting, the assailants fled the scene in a hurry.

Research progressed rapidly through visual inspection, the statements of some witnesses and investigations conducted in the immediate aftermath of the event, so it could immediately identify the perpetrators of the crime and establish the necessary operating location and detention.

Thus, on 16 July, proceeded to arrest JAMB and July 19 of the CJA

The research developed in order to locate and arrest LJC, have been allowed to know that it was the perpetrator of a robbery with violence and intimidation that took place on July 9, 2010 at 03.00 hours, in a commercial establishment San José de la Montańa, where behind be very violent and intimidating the subsidiary with a pistol, seized 1300 euros in cash.

The detainees were brought before the Magistrate's Court in Murcia Guard duties and ordered that the imprisonment of CYL and the provisional release of JAMB
