The City Council is considering the possibility of carrying out works without having to interrupt the circulation of tram
The experimental section of the tram, at the height of Zigzag, will be under construction during the summer to divert a collector of sanitation, which is under the middle of the tram platform.
Diverted to the collector that runs entirely off the shelf, under Juan Carlos I.
During the trenching works will be carried to a depth of three meters.
It will be necessary to demolish the tram platform and subsequently replenished with cobblestone pavement, artificial grass and curbs, as it is today.
The Board of Governors has approved the execution subsidiary of diversion works that collector.
Emuasa will be responsible for carrying out the works.
The work will last for 2 months, and invested 232,000 euros.
The City Council is considering the possibility that works are carried out without interrupting the flow of the tram.
