Improve telematic procedures offered by the City Council is the objective of the new technical support service that the council will hire Quality and Modernization of the Administration that has today given approval by the Governing Board.
This service is intended for the implementation and integration of new modules with existing for operational implementation of an integrated telematics and information processing municipal, serving both citizen services portal and the company.
The investment made by the City is estimated at € 194,000, of which 73% of the amount is funded by the Avanza Plan 2 of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.

Basically, the new modules of e-government platform that are subject to technical assistance for implementation are:-Management System Administrative Procedure (SIGEM)-Gateway-Service System User Authentication and Verification of Documents.
Moreover, the council will also launch a complementary service implementation based electronics for processing electronic portal with Alfresco document management system and others, with a budget of 69,900 euros.
Alfresco is the Open Source alternative for enterprise content management (ECM), which provides document management, collaboration, records management, information management, management of web content and images.
