Precariousness and creative work in the digital era '] | The De-Construyendo cycle dedicates its session this Thursday to the work of Remedios Zafra |
The University of Murcia will host this Thursday, April 26, the presentation of the book 'The enthusiasm.
Precariousness and creative work in the digital age ', written by Remedios Zafra, professor at the University of Seville.
The event will take place in the Aulario Antonio Soler, at the Campus de la Merced, at 7:00 p.m.
'Enthusiasm' is an essay on the situation of precariousness that all those who are dedicated to creativity and cultural works live.
Zafra develops in his work the idea that the creatives born at the end of the 20th century are currently instrumentalized, dependent on hyperproduction and competitive speed;
in a context dominated by the bureaucratization of cultural workers.
For the writer all these circumstances make it run "the risk of losing the most valuable: the freedom that turns human creativity into something transformative."
