Murcia launches a new citizen service office that joins the 70 present offices already available (20/04/2018)

Murcia will have a new citizen attention center as of Monday, April 23, as the general register is moved to the Plaza de Europa building.

Thus, in person, Murcia will have access to three main offices, nine in districts and 59 in districts:

- Office of information and registration of the Plaza de Europa: General register personalized attention and one-stop shop.

With uninterrupted hours from 8.30 to 17.30 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 8.30 to 14.30 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

- Information and registration office of the Abenarabi municipal building: General Registry, Citizen Services and Single Window.

From 8.30 to 14.40, except Tuesday and Thursday, which is uninterrupted until 5.30 p.m.

- Information and registration office of La Glorieta: Single window.

From 8.30 am to 2.30 pm except Tuesday and Thursday, which is uninterrupted until 5.30 p.m.

- Information and registration offices of districts: Located in the nine existing districts, they are available different days a week.

- Information and registration offices in districts: Located in all districts, they offer these services several days a week.

New Information, attention and telephone and telematic management service

In addition, the new information, telephone and telematic service information and management service is being put out to tender, with which the Office of Attention to Citizenship is expected to evolve towards a 360º approach at any time, place and circumstance that is required by the citizen. .

What is intended is to achieve a municipal administration that offers a complete and comprehensive service to citizens regardless of their location, hours or language, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for anyone at any time, location and borrowed in different Languages.

This service will have to be located in a space that is at most 500 meters from La Glorieta

One of the main novelties that it contemplates is the possibility of contacting through social networks.

In addition, the service will be provided in a way adapted to people with different disabilities.

The service will be accessible through multiple communication channels, whether telephone, web, mobile application or social networks allowing to know all the information at any time in a reliable, accurate and timely manner.

Likewise, this information can be shared among all the municipal services involved in order to allow timely decision making and also obtain a traceability of the documentation and procedures performed.

The attention will be provided in English, French, Arabic, Ukrainian and sign language.

This new administration will also be fully accessible to all types of people with special abilities and needs, whether physical, sensory and psychic, facilitating platforms and interaction programs adapted to these groups.

For this it will be necessary to hire the following services:

- Telephone Service, Management and Procedures, through the telephones 010 and 900 222 900.

- Service of attention by web channel: telematics, social networks and APP Tu Murcia.

- Telematic Information and Assistance Service for people with special abilities.

- Support service for people with special needs for oral, written and technological expression and comprehension.

- Interpretation Service.

- Development and Maintenance of the Quality Plan and communication of the Services Charter.

Councilman José Guillén said that with these improvements "we seek to bring the City closer to the neighbors and make the Administration more accessible, responding in the most immediate way to the needs posed by the citizens, in this way we offer a more agile, direct service and comfortable to Murcia ".
