A professor at the UMU teaches a workshop on edible wild plants (13/04/2018)

Next Saturday, April 14, there will be a workshop on wild edible plants in Los Pájaros Ateneo Huertano (Carril de los Chornos, 65, 30009 Murcia) taught by Víctor Manuel Zapata, professor of the Faculty of Biology.

The objective of the workshop is to discover which of the so-called 'weeds' are actually edible and beneficial to the organism.

For this, there will be a walk through the garden of Murcia to collect some of them.

Later elaborated dishes with these raw materials will be elaborated and tasted.
