Liliana Fernández and Elsa Baquerizo in the women's box and Alejandro Huertas and Óscar Jiménez in the men's have achieved a gold double for the UCAM in the Spanish University Beach Volleyball Championship, organized by the Catholic University and held in Los Alcázares.

In the women's final, Lili and Elsa were imposed on the pair of the University of Valencia by 2-0 while in the men's final, Alejandro and Óscar took the gold after winning the University of Alicante.

With these two medals the UCAM continues to increase its medal table and its advantage in the national ránkinng with 22 golds, 6 silvers and 3 bronzes.
