Almost 4,000 euros raised thanks to the micro donations The members of the staff of Aguas de Murcia participating in the Teaming program, have decided to choose AFACMUR (Association of Relatives of Children with Cancer of the Region of Murcia) as a beneficiary of their contributions during the year 2017.
The amount collected amounts to 3,834 euros, of which 1,278 euros -one third- comes directly from the voluntary contributions of the staff;
The company joins the initiative by doubling the amount.
The act of delivery was held last Friday at the headquarters of the association in Murcia with the assistance of Francisco Palazón, President of AFACMUR, Iñigo Unanue, Director of Human Resources and Communication of Aguas de Murcia, and Cristina Verdú, among others. the members of the company's staff that collaborate in the initiative.
TEAMING is a solidary action that consists of voluntary micro-donations, whose basic principle is that of "unity makes strength".
The contribution of Aguas de Murcia will boost the magnificent work of AFACMUR, supporting its multidisciplinary team that aims to provide comprehensive care, both psychological, social, educational and leisure, to children affected by cancer and their families, in all the process of the disease.
