The young company led by Álvaro de Francisco González, student of the latest edition of the Master in Marketing and Communication of the UCAM, which has developed apps for the adoption of animals and other challenges, has been awarded by the European Youth Award, the #StartMeApp or the European University of Madrid.

Álvaro de Francisco González, student of the 16/17 edition of the Master of Marketing and Communication of the UCAM, directs Miwuki, company awarded by the European Youth Award for young entrepreneurs with digital-based projects that provide social value, driven by the International Center for New Media and the support of the Council of Europe;

#StartMeApp, as one of the three best mobile applications in Spain in 2017, granted by Huawei Mobile Spain in collaboration with El País Retina, to support and disseminate the ideas of Spanish startups for Android Apps that solve common problems, and finally , by the European University of Madrid, in the IX edition of the Young Social Entrepreneurs Awards.

Although this young company has been active for less than a year, it already offers its services in Spain, Mexico and Argentina.

In the case of the most recent award, given a few days ago by the European University of Madrid, the winners, aged between eighteen and twenty-nine years old, have had to respond with their business initiatives in an innovative way to a social or environmental challenge, and in particular, they have created a platform for the management, diffusion and financing of animal protectors, to facilitate the adoption of pets.
