The mayor of Citizens Paqui Perez will defend a motion in the plenary session next Thursday, February 22, urging the local government to create an easy reading plan for informative, administrative and legal writings.
Likewise, it will request that the personnel in charge of writing these documents receive specific professional training to tackle this task.
With this motion - Perez highlighted - we would like to move towards the implementation of the easy reading format in the administration through clear and concrete messages for the public servant and the citizen to whom the documents are addressed, generating greater confidence and effectiveness in the process.
"It would be an achievement that someday the information of this City Council would be accessible to all citizens favoring social participation and equal rights", has ended.
