On Sunday January 28, the Peña Atlética de Murcia - El Bar de Moe, celebrated its FIRST ANNIVERSARY.

On the occasion of the celebration, a magnificent meal was tasted in the restaurant of the Agalia Hotel, where about 50 people attended.

In addition, the event was attended by former rojiblanco player Marcelino Pérez, as exceptional godfather.

Murcia Club of Madrid Athletic Club 'The Bar of Moe' that was formed a year ago, currently has a total of 65 members, and according to its president Antonio Lorente, has had a great reception among the red and white fans resident in Murcia and its number of members does not stop growing.

Among its activities, is the travel organization to go see Atlético de Madrid play, as well as enjoy the team's matches at its south round venue.

Despite their short existence, the supporters have been able to enjoy historical events for the club, such as being present at the last game of the Calderón and the opening of the Metropolitan Wanda.

The period of admission of new members is still open, and soon new trips and events will be organized.

According to Marcelino Pérez, mythical right-back at Atlético de Madrid, who played more than 250 games with the club between 1974 and 1984, and who won titles such as an Intercontinental Cup, League and Copa del Rey.

For him it has been an honor and a pleasure to be present on the first anniversary of the club, because his family is of Murciaian descent, he has a great appreciation for our land and because we have to support the clubs and fans of the club, which are the essence of soccer.

The event took place in a pleasant way, lots of raffles and gifts from Atlético de Madrid were held for those present, including tickets for the next League match !;

and the surprise star was an official shirt that the club decided to give to the club with the name of this one on the back.

The evening concluded in the best possible way, because Atlético de Madrid beat Las Palmas 3-0 in their league match, and happiness ended up exploding among all those present.

They promise to fulfill many more anniversaries.
