The faculty of Biology of the University of Murcia has offered this Thursday a tribute to eight teachers who retired in the courses 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
These are the professors Manuel Acosta, Juan Cuello, Pilar Mendiola, José Meseguer, Roque Ortiz Silla;
José Sánchez, Rosa María Ruiz and Santiago Torres.
In the act, which has been developed on the campus of Espinardo, has intervened the dean of the faculty, Professor Alfonsa García, who has highlighted the dedication and dedication that all of them have lent to the center in all these years, which has contributed decisively in his prestige.
The dean has also said that this delivery makes them all part of the history of the center.
The rector of the UMU, José Orihuela, has also referred to the merits of these teachers and asked them to remain linked to this teaching institution.
