Cambiemos Murcia has demanded Mayor José Ballesta to cease the councilor of Development, Roque Ortiz, for statements that appeared today in a regional environment in which the mayor suggested that many people from the concessionaires of the City have been "put to finger" by the Popular Party, among other statements that indicate allegedly irregular facts.
"Perhaps what is most surprising about the audio of Roque Ortiz is that Mayor Ballesta is at his side on the spot and he does not say anything, despite the fact that, for example, he claims that actions are requested in the municipal boards where he governs the Popular Party prior to the public announcement, "says Councilman Nacho Tornel.
"A mayor can not remain impassive, nor accept with naturalness, statements such as those that can be heard in the audio, so we ask that Roque Ortiz cease acting and that he offer explanations."
Also, the municipal training will ask to open a commission of inquiry within the framework of the Commission of Surveillance of the Hiring to study the possible illegalities that arise from the audio and is studying to take the case before the Anticorruption Prosecutor.
"Murcia change is still betting on a motion of no confidence in the City to end once with the procedures of the Popular Party," the mayor has concluded.
