The orange formation considers that the most logical and sensible thing to do is to have foreseen these circumstances in advance to avoid greater evils
The mayor of Ciudadanos Pilar Muñoz advises the PP to commission a preliminary study able to avoid possible damage to the buildings adjacent to the works of the AVE.
"We are going to suggest to José Ballesta that he ask the regional government and Adif to prepare said study beforehand to guarantee the safety of the residents and of the properties that could be affected by the underground works," said Muñoz.
In this sense, the councilor of the orange formation has made reference to the cracks that have appeared in the IES Mariano Baquero during the course of works of the AVE, institute that visited a few days ago, accompanied by the regional deputy of Cs Juan José Molina.
"We are still analyzing whose responsibility it is, but we believe that in order to avoid this type of situation it would be better to have a previous study that avoids this type of damage in real estate located in the section of the works", he insisted, who has remembered that "there are many square meters of surface that are going to be affected and having these circumstances in advance is the most logical and sensible".
