The Governing Board has approved at its meeting this morning the creation of the new office of complaints and suggestions, a new service that will depend on the Department of Modernization of the Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, and will be responsible for processing, managing and evaluate the requests, suggestions and claims of Murcia.
Likewise, the operation of the municipal administration activity will be supervised in order to continue providing participation and transparency to the different services of the City Council.
In this way, the new office, which will start operating according to the forecasts at the beginning of the year, will receive the complaint or suggestion, delivering a copy to the interested party and registering the submitted applications.
Subsequently, the claims will be carefully examined and sent to the corresponding municipal administrative unit or unit to be studied, giving an account of the solution adopted in the shortest possible time to be transferred to the interested party.
