The PSOE takes forward motions to expand the Párraga school, improve the municipal housing service and prepare the ravine of El Valle (21/12/2017)

The Socialists, who have managed to recover 50% of the price of the fords of the garages in the tax ordinance, ask that the regulatory ordinance be withdrawn after insisting that there are already judicial sentences in Murcia giving the reason to a neighbor arguing that can charge you if you have not requested it

The Municipal Socialist Group in the City of Murcia has reached the agreement of the municipal plenary in the proposals that have presented in the last session of the year and that will provide better conditions to the public school José María Párraga of El Palmar, as well as enable floors for youth and families without many resources in Ronda Sur and adapt the state of the ravine of El Valle as it passes through the hamlet of La Alberca.

As for the educational center, it will be able to recover a space that was theirs and that lately had been occupied by the El Lugarico municipal nursery school and that will now be released when they move to another location.

This will allow the school to have a classroom to give music and spaces in conditions for the library and for a school cafeteria, demands claimed by the educational community.

This space may be shared with the Social Services area.

In terms of housing, several buildings on the Ronda Sur Avenue can be made available to young people and families who are experiencing financial difficulties having been included in the municipal program to promote access to housing on a rental basis.

On the other hand, in the ravine of El Valle will carry out tasks of channeling and signaling, as agreed by the Plenary at the request of the Socialist Group.

The spokesperson of the PSOE in the Consistory, Susana Hernandez, has valued the support of the Corporation in these matters, although he has regretted that PP and Citizens have opposed the removal of the regulatory ordinance of the fords of garages because "should not be charged for a service that the citizen has not requested "and has indicated that the City Council does not take into account the courts after giving them the right to a neighbor in that regard.

In addition, Hernandez recalled that at the request of the Socialist Party was able to reduce the price of these fords by 50%, a discount that will apply from January 1, 2018 and will benefit especially residents in districts to exist in them more housing single-family
