"Digital marketing is the biggest current trend in the business world" Words from Josep Martínez, director of the Master in Digital Marketing at the UCAM, during the I Conference on Communication and Digital Marketing (14/12/2017)

On the occasion of the dissemination of the Master in Digital Marketing at the Catholic University of Murcia, an event has been scheduled in the university's assembly hall, throughout the morning.

This Master is designed for those who finish their studies in Communication, FP or even for "active professionals who want to recycle", commented Josep Martínez Polo, director of the Own Title.

Among the advantages of studying this Master's Degree, Martínez mentioned that digital marketing "is the biggest current trend in the world of companies".

During the event there was talk about the advantages of Digital Marketing in companies and the use of Chatbots in them.

The one in charge to speak about this tool has been the entrepreneur and professor of the Master in Digital Marketing Loli Pedreño.

Among his explanations, Pedreño has mentioned the importance of using the Chatbots to know what the client wants.

"A Chatbot, is the window that jumps when you enter a web page and tells you, what can I help you ?, is a scheduled conversation that guides you to help you."

Pedreño has explained that the normal thing is that behind these tools is a robot.

"The key use for marketing is the key information that the client leaves on the page with a chatbot, the client is telling you the product they want and how they want it."

During the day, Pablo Blesa, vice provost of International Relations and Communication, and Jesús Martínez, vice-dean of the Degree in Publicity and Public Relations, spoke as speakers.
