Columbares, together with schoolchildren from the three schools of the Los Rosales neighborhood of El Palmar, will stage a play about children's rights.
It is an interdisciplinary exhibition under the title 'Mi derecho a ser', which combines music, theater, audiovisual and circus, and which aims to raise awareness about the rules that protect them.
It will take place on Friday, at 12 noon at the El Palmar Youth Center, and around 60 children participate in the creative workshops that take place within the framework of the Intercultural Community Intervention Project in the Los Rosales neighborhood. , of Columbares, and sponsored by the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) and the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (FAMI).
This show is coordinated between the four creative workshops (theater, audiovisual, music, circus) and revolves around the theme of children's rights: education, identity, health, family life, play, rest and a life free of violence.
The music will be present throughout the show accompanied by theatrical interventions and photographic support made by the children where each right will be announced.
