But there is also a time to share and show solidarity with those people most in need.
That is why the City of Murcia, through the Councils of Social Rights and Employment, Tourism and Culture, will provide 1,500 kilos of typical sweets to the entities Jesus Abandoned, FADE and Murcia Welcomes in the framework of a novel initiative.
The councilors Conchita Ruiz and Jesus Pacheco have presented this morning the campaign "Cordiales Christmas" that will allow thousands of Murcia to taste various typical products of Christmas while enjoying the activities and shows scheduled by the City of Murcia in the coming weeks.
And all this in the most supportive way, since this initiative aims to raise funds for the development of activities and campaigns that various organizations and entities of the municipality carry out in their day to day.
For this, Social Rights will provide a total of 1,500 kilos of the most typical sweets of the Christmas season, which will be commissioned to prepare the members of the School of Hospitality and package in bags of 3 units.
"These packs of sweets will be sold, at the price of one euro, in four stands that the City of Murcia will place in the most prominent points of the municipality, coinciding with the celebration of activities and events of the Christmas program that attract more number of people, "Councilor Conchita Ruiz explained.
"With this small gesture, which will cost us only one euro, we are helping thousands of people who make up the four associations that collaborate in this initiative.This Christmas we want all homes Murcia have a bag of solidarity sweets and smell of this pastry flooded streets and squares ", Jesús Pacheco has completed.
