Murcia will light up for Christmas next Thursday (04/12/2017)

The 400 Christmas lighting ornaments will reach a total of 62 streets, increasing the number in 22 ways compared to the previous year.

12 Murcia groups will act simultaneously in 12 different stages in the event 'Murcia lights Christmas'

Next Thursday, December 7, Murcia will dazzle with its new Christmas lighting that, this year, will reach more streets than ever.

The usual schedule of extraordinary lighting at these parties will be from 6:00 pm to midnight, although on Saturdays and Sundays it will be extended to 1 hour.

December 24 and 31 and January 5 will be from 18 to 3 hours.

The 396 Christmas lighting ornaments will reach a total of 62 streets, increasing the number in 22 ways compared to the previous year.

In addition, six special stars will be placed in the Peñas Federation, in the Belen de la Pava, in El Ranero, in San Basilio, in the San Juan neighborhood and in Sardoy street.

In the Gran Vía, 27 arches will be placed with more than 11,000 LED lamps in each of them.

The roads that will be illuminated are Constitution Avenue, Gran Vía, Ceballos, Villacis Painter, Isidoro De La Cierva, Cetina Square, Alejandro Séiquer, Merced, New Door, Gutiérrez Mellado, Jaime I, Trapería, Silverware, Soap, Society, Floridablanca, Santa Teresa, Plano De San Francisco, Lieutenant Flomesta, Madre De Dios, Primo De Rivera, Ronda Norte, San Antón, San Andrés, Mariano Tejera, Aurora, Plaza Santa Eulalia,

Cánovas del Castillo, Cárista Valcárcel, Battle of Las Flores, Paseo Marqués de Los Vélez, Calle Basabé, San Basilio, Ronda de Garay, Ronda Levante, Cartagena Street, Paseo Marqués De Corvera, Alfonso X El Sabio, Jara Carrillo, Plaza San Antolín , Old Bridge, Canalejas, Virgin of Hope, Sculptor Roque Lopez, Junterones, Princess, Plaza Santo Domingo, Calle de las Norias, Avenida de Europa with Abenarabi, González Adalid, Manresa, Calderón de la Barca, Vinadel, Magdalena, Plaza Santa Gertrudis, Carlos III Square, Albacete, Tomás Maestre, Zarandona Street, José Antonio Ponzoa, Gloria and streets of the San Antón neighborhood, San Basilio and El Ranero.
