The Regional Federation of Murcian Students FEREMUR, majoritarian and representative of 75% of the associated students of average teachings of the Region of Murcia and the Confederation of federations of parents associations of students CONFAPA, demand an improvement of the school transport in the IES The Basilica of Algezares.
The Federation claims that the Bachillerato students of the IES Basilica should have a school transport service as their ESO and FP colleagues have.
The President of Feremur, Rafael Olmos, announced that they have already requested an appointment at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to address this issue.
Olmos said that "we can not lose a single second, we have to find a solution"
On the part of CONFAPA, José Antonio Abellán, affirmed that "both parents and students have to work hand in hand"
