Approved the calls for opposition to create waiting lists of six specialties (24/11/2017)

The Governing Board has given its approval to the opposition calls for the creation of waiting lists for General Administration Technician, Architect, Agricultural Engineer and Agricultural Technical Engineer, Industrial Technical Engineer and Senior Laboratory Technician.

In this way, compliance with the provisions of the General Roundtable held on Monday was fulfilled.

The instances, which may be downloaded from the website www.murcia.es, will be presented in the General Register of the Hon.

City of Murcia, or in any of the ways contemplated in art.

16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The fee for participation in selective processes, amounting to 24 euros, will be exempt from the entry of those persons who certify with a certificate issued and updated by the competent official body:

- That being unemployed, they meet the following three requirements: that they are job seekers and are in this situation during the period, at least, one month prior to the end date of the deadline for applications in this call;

that, in the aforementioned period, they have not rejected an offer of suitable employment or have refused to participate, except for justified reasons, in professional promotion, training or retraining activities and that, likewise, they do not have superior incomes in monthly calculation to the SMI (Salary Minimum Interprofessional), referring to the receipt of benefit / subsidy for unemployment or other help that can be granted for this situation.

- That they have a disability equal to or greater than 33%.

Waiting list of Senior Laboratory Technician

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Science, Medicine, Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.

The test will consist of the realization of a single exercise with two parts, each of the parts will be eliminatory and will be qualified from zero to ten points, being necessary to obtain a minimum of five points in each of them to overcome the selection process.

The exam will consist in the written answer of a questionnaire type test with alternative answers that will turn on theoretical / practical questions related to the following contents:

• Control of drinking water and inland waters;

Physico-chemical analysis.

• Control of drinking water and inland waters;

Instrumental analysis

• Control of drinking water and inland waters;

Microbiological analysis.

• Legislation of drinking and recreational waters.

• Control, analysis and surveillance of Legionella.

• Quality management system applied to testing laboratories.

The qualifying court will publish in advance to the realization of this test, the characteristics of the same (total number of questions, number of alternative answers, form of qualification, duration, etc.), which will be determined by it.

The second part of Theoretical-practical cases will consist of the resolution of one or several theoretical and / or practical cases, raised by the Court, which will deal with these same contents.

Waiting list of Agronomist and Agricultural Technical Engineer

For the position of Agronomist Engineer, applicants must be in possession of the degree of Agronomist or Degree in Agronomic Engineering and Official Master qualification for the exercise of the profession of Agronomist.

For the position of Agricultural Technical Engineer, you must be in possession of the degree of Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Technical Engineer.

The exam will consist in the realization of a single, eliminatory exercise that will be rated from zero to ten points, being necessary to obtain a minimum of five points to overcome the selection process.

The practical test will consist in the written answer of a questionnaire type test with alternative answers that will turn on theoretical / practical questions related to the following contents:

a) For the position of Agronomist Engineer:

- Design and creation of new parks and public gardens or their remodeling.

- Maintenance and conservation of public parks and gardens.

- Maintenance and conservation of municipal trees.

- Maintenance of playgrounds and elements of gerontogimnasia.

- Maintenance of fountains and lakes.

- Planning and municipal management of Parks and Gardens.

- Environmental Management applicable to the maintenance of parks and gardens.

- Prevention of occupational risks in the conservation of public green areas.

- Legislation applicable to the conservation and maintenance of public parks and gardens.

b) For the position of Agricultural Technical Engineer:

- Design and creation of new parks and public gardens or their remodeling.

- Maintenance and conservation of public parks and gardens.

- Maintenance and conservation of municipal trees.

- Maintenance of playgrounds and elements of gerontogimnasia.

- Maintenance of fountains and lakes.

- Prevention of occupational risks in the conservation of public green areas.

- Legislation applicable to the conservation and maintenance of public parks and gardens.

Architect waiting list

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

The test will consist in the realization of a single exercise, said exercise will be eliminatory and will be qualified from zero to ten points, being necessary to obtain a minimum of five points to overcome the selection process.

The questionnaire will be a test type with alternative answers that will deal with theoretical / practical issues related to the following contents:

1. The architectural project.

Health and Safety Study: definition, content and scope.

The graphic documentation of the project: content and degrees of definition.

Computer management of the project.

Design programs.

2. The Technical Building Code.

Background, structure and content.

General conditions and basic requirements.

Structural safety: actions in building (SE-AE) and foundations (SE-C).

3. The Technical Building Code.

Security in case of fire (DB-SI).

4. The Technical Building Code.

The security of use and accessibility (DB-SUA).

5. The Technical Building Code.

Energy saving (DB-HE).

6. Law 38/1999 on the Regulation of Construction.

Building agents.

Guarantee and insurance systems.

7. The Plan of Urban Planning and Building Ordinances of the City of Murcia.

Waiting list of Industrial Technical Engineer

Those interested must have the Degree in Engineering qualification for the exercise of the Industrial Technical Engineer.

The practical test will consist in the written answer of a questionnaire type test with alternative answers that will turn on theoretical / practical questions related to the following contents:

1. Low voltage electrotechnical regulation.

Applicants must have a Bachelor Degree in Law, Political Science, Economics or Business Administration and Management.

The practical test will consist in the written answer of a questionnaire type test with alternative answers that will turn on theoretical / practical questions related to the following contents:
