The UMU becomes the first Spanish university that begins to send registration documents of recognition of three years to the Central Personnel Registry via Anot @.
Anot @ makes it possible to substitute the sending of documents in paper form to the Central Personnel Registry by electronic delivery via web services.
The HR management units, through the applications that are integrated with Anot @, can send to the Personnel Register registration documents signed electronically by the competent authority.
Once received, these documents are also processed electronically by the RCP delegate office, which records, signs and stores them in the registry management system.
The State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) is a user of Anot @ since January 2017, already sending through this system registration documents of licenses and reduction of working hours.
The Social Security Information Technology Management, the Ministry of Education, the Integrated Personnel Management System and several universities are also performing integration tasks.
The ultimate goal is to eliminate the sending of documents to the Central Personnel Registry on paper.
