The Faculty of the University of Murcia (UMU), which met Tuesday at the Paraninfo, has approved the preliminary draft Statutes of this institution, which will now pass to the Legal Department and culminating a process of elaboration that has been prolonged by space of more than three years.
It remains to be decided on the proposals regarding the attendance of on-site activities and the commission for the selection of competitions for the provision of teaching staff and researcher (PDI) posts, which have alternative proposals that will be voted on electronically within a process that will begin tomorrow and that will continue until the 27 of October.
The President, who has chaired the rector, José Orihuela, has also approved the proposals for the election of the magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of the Region Joaquin Angel de Domingo and student Borja Moreno as members of the Central Electoral Board of the UMU .
