The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, presented this morning the 1st Tournament of Martial Arts Girls City of Murcia, to be held this Sunday at the sports center of Alquerías, organized by the Hung Sing Gwoon School Choy Lee Fut of Murcia and the Shuilian Dong Sports Club.

This event will start at 10:00 p.m. and will end at 2:00 p.m. and will have a total of thirteen Chinese martial arts schools, as well as schools in Castellón, Sagunto, Valencia, Madrid, Vila Real, Lorca, Cartagena, Águilas, Alicante, Barcelona .

All participants must be federated, an indispensable requirement for their registration.

A competitor may carry out up to 3 different tests, an attendance of 130 competitors from all over Spain is foreseen, which means that a total of approximately 280 tests will be carried out.

Three lanes measuring 14 x 8 m will be delimited in the pavilion.

Coello stressed that "with this type of tournaments we want to promote the culture of sport, which is wide and varied, showing the martial arts to citizens, thus putting in value this sporting modality."
