Sports, gastronomy, video games, guided tours or social networks mark the new programming of "Networks" (27/09/2017)

The "Networks for Leisure" Program of the Youth Department starts its new program of free leisure activities and free time during the weekend for young people from 12 to 30 years.

The new program begins on Friday, September 29 and ends on Sunday, December 17, and will feature activities for 11 weekends.

The activities, which have been presented this morning, will be held in different places to facilitate the participation of young people dynamizing the weekends, as well as conducting workshops in cultural centers, youth municipal spaces as well as in pavilions and municipal sports centers .

"The new programming is characterized by its variety and attending to the requests and suggestions of young people, this quarter will be carried out activities that have had a great participation in previous programs, but also new ones, many of them requested by the young people themselves ", explained Rebeca Pérez.

The places in all the workshops will be awarded by order of registration and in order to participate the young people can make the reservation of place through the web, www.redesmurcia.es or through the APP RedesMurcia, filling out the registration form.

"In addition to all these workshops, the program includes other activities such as comic manga, literary creation, Spanish and electric guitar, fashion and design, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, Jugger, skateboarding, scooter, BMX, magic, personal defense , natural cosmetics, radio, kopop, funky, table tennis, sign language, volleyball, skating ... an endless number of options for all people who wish to participate, "said the councilor for youth.

On Saturday, October 28th, an astronomical observation will take place on the occasion of the International Day of the Observing of the Moon, while on Saturday, December 16, the event "Networks in the street" will take place in the Plaza de la Merced.

From 11am onwards the youngsters will have the opportunity to enjoy exhibitions and exhibitions of various workshops, recreational activities, activities of animation and sports activities.
