Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, responded to the councilor of Cambiemos Murcia, Margarita Guerrero, that "after two years in the City Council should already know how a municipal ordinance is processed."
"It is intolerable to issue a free review without contrasting information. The Municipal Ordinance on the protection and possession of animals of human coexistence is not paralyzed," Coello has criticized.
According to the councilman informed, "from May 15 to June 2 was published the regulations on the website of transparency, then the Municipal Services received the allegations and suggestions citizens and on July 14 was issued the legal report prior to the approval".
Coello continued to explain that "the Governing Board of July 21 approved the draft ordinance that was sent to the General Secretariat of the Plenary on September 18. Now is one month public information and final approval in plenary."
The mayor has indicated that "this process is the same for all ordinances so I think it's time for the councilor Guerreo to know the functioning of the City."
