The UCAM grants to the numbers one of the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard in the Master in Military Right (24/09/2017)

The President of the University assured them that "you deserve this opportunity because you have proven to be the best, with brilliant records that put you at the head of your promotion. Now we want to give you the possibility to continue completing this training" and, in the presence of the director of the master, the captain Juan Carlos de la Cerra, encouraged them to "when you finish, study the doctorate, to become the first doctors in Military Law of the Armed Forces."

The second edition of this postgraduate course will begin in October and will have more than 40 students, including several officers of the Argentine Army, in addition to the scholarships, numbers one of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Civil Guard and a member of the Legal Adviser of the Supreme Headquarters of the European Allied Forces of NATO.

The Vice-Chancellor of International Relations and Communication of the UCAM, Pablo Blesa, professor of the Master, qualified that "privilege for the University" that the officers with the most brilliant academic records complete this Master: "You contribute to the enrichment of this institution, and demonstrates the commitment of the UCAM with the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard in a matter as important as military law. "

In the first promotion of this Master, whose godmother was Defense Minister, Mª Dolores de Cospedal, 36 students graduated, including lawyers, university professors and above all members of the Armed Forces, as lieutenants and captains of the Air Force, captains of the Army destined in the Parachute Brigade, in the Special Operations Unit or in the Royal Guard and alferre of ship destined in submarine or in the Ship School Juan Sebastián Elcano.
