The City of Murcia, through its legal services, is adopting measures in accordance with the law in relation to the previous company that provided the service of home help, since it continues to be a priority to get the workforce to cover the salaries that left them outstanding .
In this regard, it should be stressed that the City does not owe any invoice to the company for 2016, as has been erroneously reported from the company Ayudemur.
There is no amount pending from last year, since this exercise was liquidated at 100%.
The Governing Board agreed last April to retain certain invoices, authorized by the Social Court, in order to guarantee the payment of the payrolls that the company owed to its workers.
The judicial process continues and the municipal legal services are acting, both in the courts of the social and mercantile, with the mechanisms provided by law.
