The Municipal Socialist Group urges the Government team, the PP, to do everything possible to comply with the specifications and, therefore, the frequency of cleaning of the gardens of neighborhoods and districts in order to be shown "as curious" as the one in the Glorieta.

The councilman Juan Vicente Larrosa states that "the neatness, the care and care with which we see the garden of the Glorieta is the same that we want for each and every one of the parks and gardens that are in the peripheral districts and districts of the municipality" .

In this regard, he adds that "it is not a whim that has occurred to us, but a condition that appears in the specifications of the contract of cleaning and that, as we have seen, is not met."

Therefore, Larrosa states that "it is not fulfilled with established assiduity, which consists of cleaning the city gardens daily and flushing twice a week, while in the rest cleaning must be three times a week and two the washing that, perhaps, would be enough if it were fulfilled ".

"From the Municipal Socialist Group we are not claiming the same frequency but it is true that the one that has been established is fulfilled and not only because it seems to us a scam not to fulfill the contract but because of the discontent of its many users who, daily, enjoy the gardens and green areas of the municipality, "explains the councilman, who recalls that" this complaint is not only ours, but also the neighbors who complain constantly of the accumulated dirt day after day. "

In addition, the fall of leaves, which will intensify in the coming weeks by the arrival of autumn, is already a problem because "they pose a risk to users who slip when treading them, and also because they get to obstruct the scuppers, cleaning is also necessary and urgent due to safety issues ".

Indeed, Larrosa states that "while the PP tries to leave its responsibility to clean all the green areas of the municipality in advertising campaigns directed to the citizen, such as 'No seas marrano', we find almost every day litter bins and piled up leaves that are , however, as a result of the poor cleanliness of the gardens and the negligence of those responsible, so the municipal government team should stop pointing to the citizen and set an example, that would be a good way of raising awareness.

For all this, Juan Vicente Larrosa demands that, "at least the frequency of cleaning provided for in the contract is met so that, really, we can talk about green areas."
