Approaching Clinical Hypnosis as a recognized tool in the field of Mental Health and Medicine to the university community, demystifying misconceptions and presenting scientific evidence of its usefulness, is the objective that the course "Clinical Hypnosis in practice" presents. which will be held at the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region of Murcia.
According to the organizers of the course, Hypnosis is a very useful clinical tool as an adjuvant in the psychological and medical treatment of many pathologies, and is able to increase the effectiveness of such interventions.
The course includes a theoretical and a practical part, in which hypnosis and trance induction exercises will be performed.
The activity is led by Francisco Toledo Romero, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia, academic and psychiatrist holder of the Virgen de la Arrixaca University Clinical Hospital, and Lorena Belmonte García, Psychologist and professor at the Faculty of Education of the UMU.
The course lasts 8 hours, and those who enroll will be entitled to 0'5 Free Configuration Credits.
