The Department of Development, directed by Roque Ortiz and Ferrovial Servicios, will extend the initiative 'Dogs are as educated as their owners', which has already been developed in Cabezo de Torres, to other districts of the municipality.

This action, framed in the campaign 'There are still a few, but they are very noticeable.

NSM 'seeks to make citizens aware of the need to collect the excrement of their pets when they take them for a walk through a direct and striking message that will make pet owners think about how to act responsibly and that neighbors do not have to suffer the consequences of your pet in public places that are of use of all.

The districts in which this initiative will be implemented are Cobatillas, Nonduermas, Aljucer, Guadalupe Sangonera la Seca, Los Garres and Alquerías.

In each of these districts the message of the campaign has been personalized and posters will be distributed in places with a large influx of neighbors such as shops, municipal centers, food stalls, health centers ...

In addition, the Civic Brigades will walk through the streets of these districts to inform and raise awareness of the neighbors and remind them that there is a municipal ordinance of mandatory compliance, which does not collect the excrement of pets, imposes a penalty of up to 300 euros.

This way the Brigades will distribute among the neighboring bags to facilitate the action of collecting the deposition and remember the message of the campaign and will be in charge of placing the same posters but of smaller size in the portals of the buildings with the aim that they are seen by the neighbors when it comes to taking your pet for a walk.
