The movement of vans and trucks will be prohibited in certain streets during the evenings of the Murcia Fair (30/08/2017)

The Local Police, under the direction of the Department of Traffic and Public Safety, directed by Lola Sánchez, and in order to improve the self-protection measures that have traditionally been adopted during the Murcia Fair, will restrict the loading and unloading in the city Of Murcia from tomorrow 31 of August until the 12 of September.

This prohibits the circulation of vehicles of the category of vans and trucks of any tonnage in the following zones and schedules:

- From August 31 to September 12, on Avda. May 1st from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the following day.

- From August 31 to September 12, in the inner perimeter of Isaac Albeniz, Primo de Rivera, Plaza Circular, Ronda Levante, Rector Loustau, Bishop Frutos, Ronda Garay, Paseo Garay, Tte.

Flomesta, Plano de San Francisco, Gaspar de la Peña, Juan de la Cierva, García Alix, San Andrés, San Antón, from 5 pm from 31 August to 12 September

- August 31 from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm in Floridablanca Street, Marqués de Corvera, Cartagena, Princesa, Torre de Romo, Infante Juan Manuel, Tte.

Flomesta, Plano San Francisco, Gran Vía and the roads and streets of access to them.

- 9 September from 4 pm to 2 am the following day, Torre de Romo, Floridablanca, Cartagena, Marqués de Corvera, Princesa, Infante Juan Manuel, Río Segura, Tte.

Flomesta, Plano San Francisco, Alfonso XI Sabio, Constitución, Marcos Redondo, Acisclo Díaz and Maestro Alonso, and the access roads and streets.

- 12 of September from 07.00 to 09.30 hours, in the streets Gran Vía, Tte.

Flomesta, Plano San Francisco, Torre de Romo, Princesa, Infante Juan Manuel, Marqués de Corvera, Floridablanca, Cartagena, Mozart and San Juan de la Cruz, Pintor Pedro Flores and Almela Costa, and roads and access roads to them.

Thus, the work of loading and unloading can be done on the dates indicated, between 9 am and 1 pm, except on the following days:

- Days 3 of September, can be done between 09:00 and 11:30 hours.

- Days 9 of September, can be done between 09:00 and 12:00 hours

- Days 10 of September, can be done between 09:00 and 10:30 hours

Councilor Lola Sánchez explained that "the high concentration of people that occurs during the development of certain events of the Fair of Murcia, makes it necessary to adopt protection measures such as this on a regular basis. Of all because our aim is to guarantee safety during these days ".

Through the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture and Commerce and Institutional Relations, all establishments have been informed of these restrictions.
