The premises of Mercamurcia have been this week a place of visit for the students that is being formed in the Center of Training and Initiatives of Employment.
During these days several groups of students that are part of the course of Hospitality and Tourism have been able to know firsthand how to work in the day to day of a logistics point as important as this.
The CFIE belongs to the Employment Service of the City of Murcia and offers training with Certificate of Professionalism for those who want to access for the first time to this labor market, providing them with qualification and technification in the profession.
Through these formative actions in the Food Unit, teachers and students know firsthand how to develop and organize the wholesale markets for raw material supply that will in future comprise the recipes of their dishes.
In this way, they allow them to know the wide range of possibilities of supplying fresh foods that can take to their kitchens and tables in the next beginning of their professional race.
In these meetings, Mercamurcia is also intended to inform the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, which meets the essential requirements of our excellent Mediterranean Diet and so transfer it to their future customers.
