Now Murcia denounces "possible and serious irregularities in the special plan of the Albatalía" (31/07/2017)

- "In Now Murcia we wonder if the fact that the signatory of the Special Plan PC-Al1 is the architect Juan Sánchez Carrillo has had something to do with what seems a privileged treatment to the promoter of said Plan."

Sánchez Carrillo was charged with an alleged crime of bribery, apparently sold to the eldest daughter of former president Valcárcel the floor in which he resides "and is brother of the all-powerful politician of the PP Murcia Antonio Sánchez Carrillo, who was councilman of Fomento in the City Hall Of Murcia when the Special Plan PC-Al1 of the Albatalía was approved "

- The municipal group states, among other things, that the modification that has been carried out on the Carretera de La Ñora (RM-B1), which is not included in the Report of said Plan, has apparently been carried out to benefit The development of this Special Plan "and has asked to clarify who has paid for the works executed on said road

NOW MURCIA denounces "possible and serious irregularities in the Special Plan PC-Al1 of La Albatalía", which provides for the construction of almost 300 houses in six-story towers in the heart of the garden and a few meters from the BIC of the Malecon, which Constitutes, according to the mayor Angeles Micol, "a real aberration".

The municipal group has today written to the councilor of Urbanism, Navarro Corchón, to request, among other information, the documentation of the General Directorate of Highways of the CARM, if any, to justify the modification that has been carried out Of the Carretera de La Ñora (RM-B1) "apparently to benefit the development of this Special Plan, which is not included in the Report of said Plan."

It has also demanded that it be clarified who has paid for the works executed on this road.

Micol also considers it necessary "for municipal technicians to verify whether the urbanization works being carried out are in line with the approved Special Plan, as it appears from the observation of the plans that the green area with the largest surface area has been reduced."

The councilman says that Navarro Corchón should clarify this question, "because to modify the green space of a plan that was already approved was necessary the approval of the Autonomous Community."

Also, from now Murcia is asked to explain if the objections set out in the report issued by the General Directorate of Housing, Architecture and Urbanism of CARM, dated July 5, 2004, which states that " All the companies supplying the urban services in order to prove the adequacy of the networks and guarantee the supply ", have been remedied, as indicated by the mayor," in the documentation of the Special Plan are not found today ".

It must also be accredited by the Councilor for Urbanism that another of the objections set forth in the same report and that establishes that "The high voltage airline that crosses the field must be buried," since in the Report of the Special Plan approved in The municipal meeting of December 23, 2004, "says Micol," there is no reference to the existence of a high voltage line and only the underground of 550 meters of medium voltage line is expected. "

The mayor of Now Murcia recalls that for the development of Special Plan PC-Al1 is intended to install a high-voltage tower at the door of a neighbor's house, on a public sidewalk that is not within the scope of said Special Plan.

Angeles Micol denounces that it is "an urbanization whose terrible visual and landscape impact we will have to endure all Murcia for decades, and that will be a sample of the predatory, tacky and provincial model of urban development that the Popular Party and its political representatives leave in the Municipality of Murcia for posterity. This will be PP heritage to future generations ".

The signatory of the Plan is Juan Sánchez Carrillo

The councilor also points out that "in Now Murcia we wonder if the fact that the signatory of the Special Plan PC-Al1 is the architect Juan Sánchez Carrillo has had something to do with what seems a privileged treatment to the promoter of said Plan" .

Sánchez Carrillo was charged with an alleged crime of bribery, which is being investigated in the proceedings on the 'Novo Carthago case' and allegedly sold to the eldest daughter of former President Valcárcel on the floor where he resides.

"He is also the brother of the all-powerful politician of the PP Murcia, Antonio Sánchez Carrillo, who was Councilor for Development in the City of Murcia when the Special Plan PC-A1 of La Albatía was approved," adds the mayor.

Now Murcia shows its surprise by the deployment of Local Police carried out yesterday to guard the installation of the electric tower in this Special Plan, and the request of identification to the neighbors gathered in the place, and wonders if said police device ordered by the Councilman of the branch, Lola Sánchez Alarcón, despite the mandate of the municipal plenary that approved the motion for the dismantling of the tower, has some kind of link with the fact that the councilor is the niece of the architect editor of the Plan, Juan Sánchez Cheek.
