The Board has today opened its proposals, some of which require additional information for incurring low recklessness.
The new building will occupy an area of 2,000 m2 and will also have a 24-hour operating study room.
Forty-five companies have tendered to build a new municipal center in Beniaján, equipped with a library, auditorium and dance classrooms and workshops, as well as a 24-hour operating room.
The property, developed with a single floor, will be built on a municipal lot very close to the Auditorium and will occupy an area of 2,000 m 2 .
It has been structured into two separate areas, one for the library and another as a cultural center, and it will also have a shared common use area with an auditorium and dance hall.
The project, promoted by the Councils of Education and Culture, has a budget of 1.5 M € (excluding VAT) and a lead time of 12 months.
Once the proposals submitted by the 45 companies interested in constructing the building have been opened, the Board of Recruitment, meeting under the chairmanship of Councilman Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, will now address those who have registered bids that incur low recklessness, to determine If they are well justified and are not accepted in the tender.
