- Alicia Morales stresses the importance of the City Council receiving the '1.5% Cultural' from the Ministry of Development "to finally carry out the rehabilitation and enhancement that this complex needs"

Morales points out that the call for such aid expressly states that "beneficiaries of these grants may be those persons or entities, public or private non-profit, holding the ownership of a property that meets the requirements established in Article 3 of the order of regulatory bases ".
