The municipality of Murcia will have the next fall of a new Shuttle of Employment that will serve to help 20 people without work to achieve their labor insertion.
Funded by Fundación Santa María la Real, Fundación Telefónica and the Government of the Region of Murcia, and co-financed by the European Social Fund, under the POISES operational program, it will be launched in October.
Young people under the age of 35 may participate, although it is possible that five places can be used for persons of greater age, up to 59 years old, and of any level of education (ESO, Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, diplomas or university degrees).
Neither is required to proceed from any employment sector, or previous experience.
This new Launch of Murcia joins the 2 celebrated in 2015 - financed by Fundación Telefónica - another in 2016 - co-financed by the European Social Fund and Fundación Telefónica - and the fourth that took place last March, subject to the same co-financing Than the previous year.
These, together with the other developed in the region, have a percentage of labor insertion of more than 50%.

The 20 people who are selected, will meet several days a week and will have the help, accompaniment and guidance of a specialized technician.
They will carry out self-knowledge and emotional intelligence workshops, communication dynamics, personal branding and job search 2.0;
Training of personal interviews;
Mapping of employability, visits to companies, meetings with entrepreneurs and labor intermediation processes with human resources managers.
