The Board of Governors has approved the specifications of the specific administrative clauses and technical prescriptions to contract the service of prevention of legionellosis in municipal sports facilities.

Thanks to this, the Department of Sports and Health will proceed to carry out the appropriate work to ensure the prevention and control of legionellosis in municipal sports facilities.

This establishes the sanitary criteria for the quality of water for human consumption, cleanings, revisions, disinfections and analytical, to be carried out in hot water systems, cold water systems for human consumption and irrigation systems existing in the facilities Sports facilities.

For this reason, the Board of Governors has approved the contracting documents, by means of an open procedure, of the service of prevention of legionellosis in this type of spaces for an initial period of two years with possibility of extension of two additional years, and with a budget For the initial contract period of € 217,110.20 plus VAT.
