The legalization of the buildings of the UCAM is pending resolution by the Autonomous Community (14/07/2017)

The Councilor for Town Planning, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, responded to the PSOE regarding the situation of the properties of the UCAM that the City is waiting for the resolution of the Autonomous Community on the declaration of interest Public of the buildings.

Until the express pronouncement by the regional administration, which is competent in the matter, Environmental Protection Law makes it possible that until such a resolution of the file is produced, the closure of the activity is not decreed, being legalized .

Obviously adds Navarro- the activity license is after the legalization of the work.
