A course at the University of the Sea to combat stress and achieve emotional and physical balance (12/07/2017)

From the 21st to the 23rd of July, the 3rd edition of the course "Techniques of relaxation and meditation: self-management of stress" will be held in Aguilas, within the programmed activities of the International University of Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum.

The aim of the course is to introduce and practice different relaxation techniques that help reduce mental hyperactivity and the incessant flow of thoughts that constantly come to our mind.

According to Patrocinio Albaladejo, director of the activity: "The knowledge and continuous practice of these will be very useful to face different situations that can cause us stress, lack of attention and imbalance, helping to reduce the state of continuous tension and not Healthy to restore, from the calm, our physical, emotional and mental balance ".

The course is designed for all students who want to get rid of their stress levels.

These should be equipped with comfortable clothes, mat, cushion, socks and some blanket for carrying out activities.

The course will last 25 hours.

Students enrolled will receive 2.5 credits of free configuration and 1 ECTS-CRAU Credit.
