The good job prospects of the auditors have been highlighted today, July 6, during the signing of a collaboration agreement between the University of Murcia (UMU) and the Institute of Accountants of Spain, through Its territorial grouping.
The coordinator of the master's degree in Audit of the UMU, Professor Marcos Antón, who has pointed out that this collaboration agreement will allow students from the same university to work in the Convalescence building, headquarters of the Rectorate. To carry out internships at the Institute and to benefit from their activities.
The president of the Territorial Association of the Institute, Rafael Liborio Verdú, has highlighted the growing importance of the audit of accounts and the career prospects of the profession.
He also said that audits provide security to commercial traffic, to add that they are open to propose to the UMU other forms of collaboration.
The Rector, José Orihuela, has highlighted the employability of these professionals and the seriousness and rigor with which the Institute operates, as well as emphasizing the importance of the work of the auditors.
The event was also attended by the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pilar Montaner, and the member of the steering committee of the Jesús García Institute.
